Measure your Calf Circumference:
  • Sit on a chair, hold your bare foot down and bend your leg to 90°
  • Take a tailor measuring tape and measure both your calves circumference at their widest point, you can measure your calves in different points to be sure to choose the widest. If you have an odd measure, choose the bigger one from the menu
  • Important: if you are looking for heeled boots you must measure your calf circumference by bending your foot as if you were wearing heels
  • Fit Tip: if you like a baggier fit, if you want to see some space between leg and boots, or if you want to tuck pants in, better to go with bigger size.

Measure your Calf Height:
  • Sit on a chair, hold your bare foot down and bend your leg to 90°
  • Take a tailor measuring tape and measure the external side of your calf, starting from the bottom up until the bend of your knee
  • While keeping the same position put your finger right behind your knee and make sure the measure you choose for your calf height is not higher than that, otherwise when you sit down the boots may disturb you. If you have an odd measure, choose the smaller one from the menu

  • Take a paper and a pencil
  • Put the paper on the floor close to a wall
  • Put your foot on the paper with your heel against the wall
  • With the pencil draw your foot trace
  • With a tape measure both length and width of your foot trace
  • Use the size table above to choose your size

Tips for demanding feet
Do you have a wide ankle?

Don’t worry, our tubular boots are the right fit for women with wide ankles too.If you think you have special needs about that, please contact us.

Do you have a high instep or wide feet?

That’s ok but it may be better for you not to choose boots with hidden wedge if you have a high instep and/or wide feet. Compare your foot instep to this table if you are going to choose a model with hidden wedge to make sure it would fit.

Due to the high volume of orders during the holiday season, we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas.

At Fillies & Boots, we want your boots to fit perfectly.

That's why, if they don't fit exactly as you expected upon arrival, you can purchase our Refitting Service within 2 weeks: we can adjust the foot size, calf width, or the height of the boot.

If you purchase the Refitting Service within 14 days of delivery, you'll receive a €99 voucher to use on a future order. A true fit guarantee, with no risks.

Our Rework Service is designed for Fillies boots that need a small modification on the fit.
As soon as we receive the boots in our laboratory, we will be able to evaluate the type of intervention required to adapt the fit of the shaft of your Fillies boots to your needs
  • Besides the intervention on the shaft, your boots will go through a complete restyling, with the application of new soles, heels or internal wedge if required.
  • Our artisans will take care of them and they will come back to you perfect to be worn again
  • For Italy: the price you see is inclusive of the costs for return - via a prepaid label - and new shipment to you
  • For the EU: the price includes only the costs of re-sending, but not of the return costs, to be paid by the customer
  • For extra-EU: please contact Customer Service on Whatsapp to evaluate the feasibility of the Service and the costs.

    Production times are estimative and only indicative. They may be substantially extended during particular periods of the year (promotions, holidays) and when demand is very high. 

    You will be notified with a tracking code as soon as your order will be ready for shipment.

      Any import taxes, custom duty fees and VAT incurred by shipping to UK and extra EU addresses are the responsibility of the customer and they will be due to the courier at the time of the delivery.
