Our Rework Service is designed for Fillies boots that need a small modification on the fit.
- Please contact us via Whatsapp to evaluate the type of intervention required to adapt the fit of the shaft of your Fillies boots to your needs (examples of possibile interventions: making the boots tighter or larger, making the boots shorter, shifting to a smaller foot size, modify the over the knee lenght). You can need one or more of these interventions, we will advice about the best option for you.
- Pack your boots in their original box (if available) and wait for the courier to pick up them.
- As soon as they will reach our laboratory our artisans will take care of them and they will come back to you perfect to be worn again
- For Italy: the price you see is inclusive of the costs for return - via a prepaid label - and new shipment to you
- For the EU: the price includes only the costs of re-sending, but not of the return costs, to be paid by the customer
- For extra-EU: the rework service is available to you as well. Costs, timing and procedures differ from those for Italy and the EU, as they take into account international shipping and customs. Contact us on WhatsApp within 14 days of delivery: we will find the best solution for your boots together and explain every detail.
Estimated time of Reworking from arrival in our laboratory is 2 working weeks. We can need longer time for particular requests or when demand is very high.

That's why, if they don't fit exactly as you expected upon arrival, you can purchase our Refitting Service: we can adjust the foot size, calf width, or the height of the boot.
If you purchase the Refitting Service within 14 days of delivery, you'll receive a €99 voucher to use on a future order. A true fit guarantee, with no risks.

Estimated production time: approximately 3 weeks.
Production times are estimative and only indicative. They may be substantially extended during particular periods of the year (promotions, holidays) and when demand is very high.
You will be notified with a tracking code as soon as your order will be ready for shipment.
- Delivery to Italy: Free
- Rest of the world: depending on destination. Any import taxes, custom duty fees and VAT incurred by shipping to UK, USA and extra EU addresses are the responsibility of the customer and they will be due to the courier at the time of the delivery.

Because each pair is handcrafted exclusively for you, we cannot accept returns. But you're fully supported: we will guide you with clear video tutorials and, most importantly, we personally confirm your measurements via WhatsApp before crafting begins - this is your moment to ask questions or change anything.
Then if adjustments are needed upon arrival, you can use our Paid Rework Service (credited as a voucher toward your next pair if you buy it within 2 weeks from the delivery).

Choose options
How to measure your calf
Circumference
Sit down, bend your leg to 90°, and measure the widest point of both calves with a tailor's tape. If the two measurements differ, go with the wider one — and round up on an odd number. Looking for heeled boots? Measure with your foot flexed as if wearing heels.
Tip: if you prefer a looser fit, want some room between your leg and the boot, or plan to tuck your trousers inside, size up. 2–3 cm more than your actual measurement is usually enough.
Calf height
Staying in the same position, measure the outer side of your calf from the floor up to the bend of your knee — your boot height shouldn't go past that point. On an odd number, round down. Need a hand? Message us on WhatsApp.
Tip: if your calf narrows sharply just below the knee, a slightly shorter shaft usually fits better — this is especially true if you have knock knees. If you'd rather have the boot end right under the knee, you can still choose the taller option: it's simply a matter of style.

All our boots are made from high quality leather, from the upper to the lining. Also our outsoles are made from high quality leather, some of them with antislip rubber insert, coming from the best suppliers in our manufacturing district. This is crucial to us in order to ensure the best quality of our products.
All of our products are crafted in Italy, in the shoes manufacturing district close to Naples. Naples has been home for shoes craftsmanship tradition since decades, and we are proud that our factory is a family-own business that takes care of every single pair of boots created.
Your satisfaction is really important to us, and we do all our best to create boots that perfectly fit your calf. Since all our boots are made to measure, returns are not allowed. We are always at your disposal for every doubt about the calf and foot sizing, and we ask you to carefully read our guides to get the right measures.

If you received boots with calf or foot measures that are different from the order you placed we will immediately manage a return at our expenses. You can send us an email at help@filliesandboots.com to ask for the return and exchange of the wrong product.
