Express delivery to Italy takes about 24/48h from receiving your Confirmation of the Delivery, for EU Countries about 4-5 working days and for other Countries it depends on destination, generally at least 7-10 working days from receiving your Confirmation of Delivery.

  • Express delivery to EU countries: 15€
  • Express delivery to USA and Canada: 45€
  • Express delivery to UK: 20€
  • Express delivery to Swizerland: 40€ 
  • Express delivery to Norway: 45€
  • Express delivery to Australia: 60€
  • Rest of the world: depending on destination

Delivery times are just indicative, based on the average execution time. It is not excluded that delivery times may be substantially extended in high demand periods, during holidays or for unexpected events we are not in charge of. 

Any import taxes or custom duty fees incurred by shipping to extra EU addresses are the responsibility of the customer and these costs cannot be reclaimed from us. We are not aware of these costs, you will be notified by the courier once the shipment has reached its destination. Deliveries to USA do not incur in these extra costs. 

Shipping to UK and Swizerland: VAT and custom duty fees will be responsibility of the customer, and they will be due to the courier at the time of delivery.

Please consider that the estimated production time for every article is approximately 3 weeks. 

Production times are estimative and only indicative. They may be substantially extended during particular periods of the year (promotions, holidays) and when demand is very high, particularly during peak season.
Fillies and Boots is an artisanal laboratory, where specialized artisans make every single pair of customized boots to order. We make our best to be as fast as possible, but every order requires time and care, so we cannot exclude that during high demand periods production times could be extended over 4-5 weeks.
